HOME RENTAL GUIDELINES CONTACT
 
  • Check-in is 3:30 pm on Friday 7/27 and check out is 10am on Friday 8/3.
     
  • This property allows a maximum of 14 people at any time is 14.  Parties with guests not renting the premises are prohibited.  Day visits by 3 or 4 friends or family are not an issue but exceeding maximum occupancy or having a party is a breach of the rental agreement.
     
  • Comforters and/or blankets pillows, bed linens and towels are provided;
     
  • Telephones - 911 is accessible for emergencies. You may use a calling card for long distance calls if it has a toll free access number.
      
  • You may not be able to access your e-mails due to the long distance block.
     
  • Smoking is prohibited in the Shores Club Cottage. Pets are not permitted.
     
  • Prior to your arrival, the home is cleaned and set up with basic paper products and some cleaning supplies.  Please maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. If you are staying more than one week, the property will be cleaned near the end of each week of your stay. If you do not require this cleaning, please let us know when you check-in.
 
You will receive a confirmation of your request to hold the property within 2 business days via e-mail or fax stating the deposit required.  This deposit must be received within 10 days of the scheduling date to confirm your reservation. NOTE: DEPOSITS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.

Most Rentals begin and end on Fridays.

We accept personal checks, payable to Saugatuck Management LLC, for your deposit only (See unit information sheets for amount). For the balance, either a cashiers check, bank money order, or certified funds, written directly to Saugatuck Management LLC, is required and must be received in our office 30 days prior to check-in


If reserving less than fifteen days in advance, the deposit AND balance must be received no later than three days after reserving the date.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations received thirty or more days in advance require a 20% cancellation fee. If you must cancel with less than thirty days’ notice there is no refund.
 

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit is held by Shores Club for each rental period.  Security deposits are refunded by mail within 30 days of your departure providing no damages or excessive cleaning charges are incurred. When you leave, please be sure to leave the property arranged as you found it, have all dishes washed, clean out grill and place trash in provided dumpsters.
Please be certain to lock all doors and windows, and close windows before departure

HOUSEKEEPING
Prior to your arrival, the home/cottage is cleaned and set up with basic paper products and some cleaning supplies.  Please maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. the day your stay begins (Michigan time EST/EDT) at our office. Keys must be returned no later than 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. Late check-outs may be charged $50.00 which would be deducted from the security deposit.
